What is the minimum order?＋
Perfume Bar starts from 100 guests. Essential Oil Roll-On Bar and Car Diffuser Bar start from 60 guests. For 60–99 guests, transport and setup are quoted separately.
How long is the on-site service?＋
Perfume Bar includes 3 hours. Essential Oil Roll-On Bar and Car Diffuser Bar include 2.5 hours. Additional time is subject to an event fee.
Can we choose the fragrances?＋
Yes. Choose six fragrances freely, or select from blends prepared by SIDDHAM. We can also discuss a customised fragrance direction for your event.
What does each guest do?＋
Guests choose a scent, add the prepared formula with our team’s guidance, then seal and take home their personalised product. Each person usually takes 3–5 minutes.
What can be personalised?＋
The product label and pouch can feature your logo, names or event date. Custom paper cards and hang tags are not included.
What does the organiser need to prepare?＋
Only a suitable event space. SIDDHAM brings the bar tables, styling, materials, tools, products and packaging.
Is transport included?＋
For orders of 100 guests or more, Johor Bahru transport is included. Outstation events require transport and event fees. Service beyond 3 hours also carries an event fee.
Can we order ready-made gifts instead?＋
Yes. Every option is also available as a ready-made Door Gift—ideal when the programme has limited time or space.
How do you handle alcohol and event safety?＋
The Perfume Bar uses prepared fragrance liquids, so no raw alcohol mixing or flame is needed on site. Our perfume alcohol is sourced from a halal-certified supplier; supporting documentation is available on request.
